This new semi-automated system is designed for users who require reliable metrology results - without the need for extensive training or complex setups.

Paired with the comprehensive ZEISS INSPECT software, even complex inspection processes can be performed with just a few clicks: from CAD comparison and mesh editing to trend analysis - ScanPort delivers reproducible results at the highest level.

Flexible automation for a wide range of applications
The system combines a vertically movable axis, a tiltable mechanism, and a rotation table, enabling true 3-axis automation. This allows for optimal illumination and capturing of parts from different angles. The modular, mobile design makes it ideal for use directly on the shop floor or at various locations. The integrated scanner can be detached if required and used separately - for example, to measure larger parts.
