HGT 1054: Mobile Panel with High Visualization Power

Thanks to a powerful x86 Intel Atom^® dual-core processor, 4 GByte DDR4 RAM and 32 GByte eMMC memory, the web HMI is the perfect choice for demanding applications with HTML5 visualization. The handheld operating device combines powerful performance with intuitive operability as well as maximum user experience.

Machines, systems and robots can be operated, tested and maintained directly on-site using the OPC UA-capable panel. The integrated safety elements emergency stop and confirmation switch provide the required safety for users and machines. A Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 type A interface are integrated in the standard version.

The cable-connected mobile HMI in IP54 protection is ergonomically designed and therefore fits well in the hand. With a weight of only 1.300 g, it enables fatigue-free use.

Visualizations are conveniently created in the HMI tools LASAL SCREEN and the web-based LASAL VISUDesigner. Pre-constructed design templates and versatile operating, graphic and design elements are available for this purpose. With the current web technologies HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, hardware-independent visualizations can be easily configured in the VISUDesigner. Scalable vector graphics (.svg) can also be implemented.
