Vecow announced the launch of the EAC-4000, a highly compact and powerful Edge AI Computing System. Powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX and Jetson Orin™ Nano system-on-modules, the EAC-4000 delivers exceptional AI processing power of up to 100 TOPS, making it ideal for space-constrained applications such as Traffic Vision, Auto Optical Inspection, delivery robots, and other entry-level edge AI use cases.

Leveraging the advanced NVIDIA Ampere™ architecture GPU, Arm-based CPUs, NVDLA engines and LPDDR5 memory, the Vecow EAC-4000 provides unparalleled compute density and efficiency with up to 100 TOPS of AI performance. Available in 16GB, 8GB and 4GB versions, it offers flexible configuration options to meet the diverse performance requirements of AI-focused applications.

Compact Design with Comprehensive Connectivity
With a remarkable small footprint of just 112x103x45mm, the EAC-4000 is the most compact model in the Vecow’s EAC Arm-based Edge AI Computing lineup. Despite its diminutive size, it maintains industrial-grade reliability and integrates comprehensive connectivity features, including 1 LAN port, 4 USB 3.1 ports, 2 COM RS-232/422/485 ports, 1 Nano SIM card socket, and 2 antennas for WiFi/4G connectivity. An additional PCIe lane supports external NVMe storage devices.

Smart Software Management
Backed by Allxon, the EAC-4000 supports both In-Band and optional Out-of-Band remote edge device management, facilitating 24/7 monitoring and management of edge devices in remote locations. This capability significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime. Furthermore, the system supports Linux and the NVIDIA JetPack SDK, with optional TPM security features.
