The motor has an impressive aluminum housing in which the cooling ducts for the liquid cooling are integrated. The number and arrangement of the water connections have been optimized still further.
The new b maXX 6000 servo controller generation stands for more performance and maximum scalability. Yet the servo drive can do even more: The drive can be used as a sensor or sensor hub and offers scalable IoT connectivity in the cloud, e.g. via an edge PC.
With the new function, the energy consumption of each individual axis can be determined per cycle. The energy measurement is performed autonomously and in real time in the Baumüller b maXX servo converters used.
Baumüller is participating in EuroBLECH 2022 and is presenting itself as a complete partner for every phase of the life cycle. At EuroBLECH 2022, drive and automation specialist Baumüller will be presenting modern technology solutions for sheet metalworking machines in hall 27, stand C155.
Faster and more precise: Cross-cutting function in the servo drive. In addition to its cross-cutting library in the control unit, the drive and automation specialist Baumüller offers a newly developed drive-based solution for these applications.
A platform for product and solution searches, for exchanging information, and for virtual networking with drive and automation experts – the new virtual exhibition stand of the Baumüller Group offers all these things.
With ProSimulation, the servo drive systems of machines and systems can be set up, tested and optimized virtually. The automation specialist Baumüller has now extended the functional scope of ProSimulation: In addition to the controller and mechanics models, models are now also available for hydraulic systems, with which the dynamic operating behavior of the servo hydraulics can be simulated.
With the Web & Foil software template, Nuremberg-based automation specialist Baumüller is rolling out another template that can be used specifically for web processing machines.
