Tezmaksan’s partners to showcase CubeBOX Automation systems at TIMTOS 2025
CubeBOX Blues and Space Cabinet user-friendly robotic cells will exhibit in Taiwan.
Distribution partners of Tezmaksan, a leader in CNC automation systems, will participate in the upcoming Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS) 2025, which will be held from March 3 - 8 at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, Northern Taiwan. This highly anticipated event, one of the largest exhibitions in the machine tool industry, will feature the latest advancements in metal cutting machinery, automation solutions and cutting-edge technology.
At TIMTOS 2025, four Tezmaksan distributors will highlight its CubeBOX robotic automation systems, with a focus on the innovative CubeBOX Blues DR, CubeBOX Blues DR Max 3P and CubeBOX Blues Space Cabinet solutions. These state-of-the-art systems are designed to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime and enhance flexibility, making them ideal for modern smart factories and Industry 4.0 environments.
The CubeBOX Blues series offers a range of compact, user-friendly robotic cells capable of tending multiple CNC machines without interruption. The Blues DR and DR Max models provide efficient automation with industrial robots handling parts with payloads of up to 35 kg. These systems are designed to run continuously, especially during night shifts, increasing productivity by up to 50 per cent.
TIMTOS 2025 will also feature the CubeBOX Space Cabinet, a compact robotic system for CNC machine tending. Equipped with a 6-axis robot and integrated with Tezmaksan's RoboCAM+ software, the Space Cabinet offers quick and easy setup with no need for specialised robot programming knowledge. This system is perfect for small to medium-sized CNC machines and is especially efficient for part handling in machining and turning operations.
Tezmaksan will be represented at the exhibition by four Taiwan-based distributors across two halls. KAO MING Machinery Industrial and Sogotec Precision will present the CubeBOX Blues DR 3P robotic system with a maximum 25 kg payload at stands I0615 and M0802, respectively, in Hall 1 (TaiNEX1). In Hall 2 (TaiNEX2), TJR Precision Technology and Inngrit will feature the CubeBOX Blues Space Cabinet at stands R0613 and R0229.
Both systems feature non-stop, 24-hour operation and require minimal operator intervention, offering a cost-effective solution for manufacturers aiming to optimise their production lines. Tezmaksan's CubeBOX systems are compatible with a wide variety of CNC machines and control units, making them highly adaptable for different production needs.
