WENGLOR AND TPL VISION WILL BE PRESENTING NUMEROUS INNOVATIONS IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL IMAGE PROCESSING AT VISION

wenglor sensoric group will be represented at VISION, the world’s leading trade fair for image processing, in Stuttgart. The portfolio includes all components of an image processing system to individually solve vision applications. In addition to high-performance hardware, uniVision image processing software impresses with its user-friendliness, performance and individual expandability. All new features, including Deep OCR, can be experienced in the central software corner. TPL will also be presenting exciting new products in the field of illumination technology for industrial image processing.

With the MVC series machine vision controllers and BBVK industrial cameras, the machine vision portfolio has now been expanded with further high-performance hardware. The integrated powerful uniVision 3 software is particularly impressive as an ecosystem for operating all wenglor hardware. It is flexibly scalable and evaluates all images and 2D/3D profiles of the weCat3D series in one system.

Thanks to numerous high-performance modules such as HALCON Script, as well as robot and RTE interfaces, uniVision 3 as software can be used individually and even expanded. The integration of state-of-the-art deep learning technology for reading plain text ensures an extremely high detection rate with minimal configuration effort. With the free combination of the different modules, wenglor software offers maximum flexibility for solving a wide range of applications.

With the latest releases, the lighting expert TPL Vision presents new illumination technology for industrial image processing. The ELINE, a modular line scan light, as well as new spot and ring lights and accessories offer the right lighting option for any application. A robot cell for exciting insights into the capabilities of the MLZL 2D/3D profile sensor is also part of the wenglor sensoric group’s trade fair concept.

Visitors can experience all the products and features live from 8 to 10 October in Hall 8, Booth 8C61.
