Optimized servo drives for plastics applications
The deep and seamless integration of the KeDrive D3 servo drives into the branch solution of the KePlast series rounds off the KEBA product portfolio and makes them attractive for machine builders in the plastics sector. An extensive and cost-optimized range of multi-axis drives and motors is available for all-electric and hybrid plastics machines, offering a high degree of flexibility in the design of machine configurations.
With the KeDrive D3 drive system, plastics machines can be configured economically, intelligently and future-proof. Thanks to the large power spectrum of up to 120kW supply power and 600A peak current, electric injection molding machines with more than 500 tons clamping force can be realized effortlessly. The combination of electric axes with hydraulic servo pumps is a special feature of the KeDrive D3 multi-axis system.

KePlast EasyNet MES - Production optimization for plastics processors
As part of the KePlast Smart Factory - KEBA's Industry 4.0 portfolio - KePlast EasyNet 4 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is user-friendly software that enables reliable networking of injection molding machines in production operations simply and cost-effectively. With EasyNet 4, plastics processors have an overview of their production machines at all times and ensure that their production plant is working optimally thanks to fast response times. The central data acquisition and backup optimizes the workflows in the plant and saves a lot of time.
For medium-sized plastics processors, EasyNet offers a variety of easy-to-use monitoring and planning functions, such as a productivity overview of the entire hall or the evaluation of the process quality of individual machines. Kemro X - the KEBA automation platform as an overarching bracket
As a complete automation system for hardware and software, Kemro X covers everything a machine manufacturer needs for his Smart Factory: All mobile and stationary panels, drives as well as hardware variants and also the engineering tool are integrated in it.
The software platform is structured in modules that can be used in a customized manner. Modules from KEBA, customer-specific or Linux-based standard modules can be used.
