DUNKERMOTOREN EXPANDS THE SERIES OF ANGLE GEARBOXES WITH THE KG 80
The KG 80 gearbox was developed for drive solutions where only a very short installation space is available. With an edge length of only 80 mm, the gearbox cross-section is nearly equal to the motor ones. This makes the combination particularly lean.
The central element is a bevel gear stage that angles the output by 90° to the motor. The KG 80 is characterized by high efficiency, short design and zero offset.
A wide range of reduction ratios are possible to match the output speed to the application requirements. The maximum continuous output torque is 11 Nm and the maximum acceleration torque is 17 Nm.
The gear unit can be combined particularly well with the DC motor series GR 53 and GR 63 and the BG 65 BLDC motor. Combinations with other motors from the Dunkermotoren portfolio can be evaluated on request.
