CLASSIC COUPLING MODELS WITH SENSOR TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE
Recording measurement data, with high precision and directly in the driveline, is now easy with R+W’s own integrated sensor technology built into proven couplings designs.
With ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BY R+W, measurement data is recorded directly from the drivetrain in almost real time. This was previously very difficult to achieve in drive technology because of the rotating drive train, which cannot be directly networked with a cable. This all changes with R+W’s inline sensor technology solution.
Overview of the advantages:
INDEPENDENT COMPONENT
Completely self-sufficient thanks to integrated power supply, depending on the application and environment
CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO EXISTING APPLICATIONS
No additional installation space or auxiliary constructions necessary, easy sensor retrofitting in previously installed couplings
EXTENSIVE DATA
Better assessment of the dynamic behavior in the rotating drive train
COMBINABLE AND TIME-DEPENDENT MEASURED VARIABLES
With the help of various scalable diagram types, you can keep an eye on detailed data plots of the measured variables
MORE TRANSPARENCY
Critical operating data available at a glance - with the app on your smartphone or tablet
COMPATIBLE WITH MANY COUPLING DESIGNS
Suitable for disc-pack couplings, line shafts, and safety couplings or as a simple rigid flange
ECONOMICAL SOLUTION
Without high integration costs or time-consuming commissioning
The SENSORTECHNIK product line expands the R+W portfolio of couplings with a "smart" component. The measurement data is made visible with the integrated sensor technology and can be easily integrated into existing measurement chains. The machine components are thus linked and maintenance, as an example, can be derived and planned for at an early stage using data transmission.
