Actemium supports E.Leclerc with an Interroll sorter

Actemium Lyon Logistics in collaboration with a central supply company deploys an Interroll Crossbelt Sorter for the major supermarket chain, E. Leclerc, in their new processing building for fresh produce.

Actemium will integrate the sorter controlled with the Actemium SpeedSort, an in-house developed Warehouse Control System (WCS) solution, intended to serve the development of new drive-thrus and stores. This solution will be able to vary the speed of the sorter according to the type of products while maintaining the production rate, as well as the integrity of the sorted items.

The deployment of the installation is planned for the beginning of 2021.
