SKF Presents Advanced Bearing & Lubrication Solutions for Agricultural Machinery

Rolling bearings and lubrication systems, specialized seals and services ranging from condition monitoring to machine oil reconditioning: SKF will present itself at Agritechnica — the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural technology (November 9–15 in Hanover, Germany) — as a comprehensive system supplier for the core areas of agricultural machinery and equipment. The Swedish company, which has a strong industrial presence in Germany, can be found in Hall 15, Booth A14.

Among the highlights of SKF’s exhibits at the trade fair is the new Agri Hub T400 for disc harrows, developed in close collaboration with agricultural practitioners — practically “in the field.” What sets it apart from conventional bearing units is its four-times more effective sealing system against contamination. Specifically designed for the most labor-intensive weeks of the year, it has successfully completed a 10,500-hour endurance test and significantly reduces maintenance requirements in agricultural operations.

Also designed for longer service life in demanding agricultural environments are the SKF DuraPro deep groove ball bearings for tractor drivetrains. Compared to the popular Explorer-class bearings, they offer minimum twice the lifespan and 20% higher load capacity, thanks to a special hardening method and surface treatment. Other bearing solutions SKF will showcase at Agritechnica 2025 include proven pre-lubricated and sealed deep groove ball bearings, sealed spherical roller bearings for highly contaminated environments and idler sprocket units.




Visitors to SKF’s booth at Agritechnica 2025 will also find specialized seals for agriculture, such as the MUD11 cassette seal, developed to withstand extreme contamination. This high-performance sealing system reliably protects critical components in agricultural machinery. SKF seals are generally designed to extend machine life and reduce maintenance needs, from rotary applications to hydraulic cylinders.

In the field of lubrication systems, SKF will showcase the reliable CLP Touch compact lubrication pump for small progressive lubrication systems, featuring integrated data collection. Also on display is the mechanically driven oil lubrication system OCL-M, which extends the service life of chains in agricultural machinery by up to five times thanks to its dependable chain lubrication.

For the first time, SKF will publicly present the Lincoln Progressive Lubrication Pump PLP in Hanover. This modular pump brings reliable lubrication into the future, enabling integration into digital platforms and predictive maintenance strategies. It will be available on the market from the end of 2026.




In addition to hardware, SKF will also present its in-house lubricants (available in biodegradable versions if needed), which can be applied using lubrication solutions for smaller machines — such as the compact cartridge pump AECP or the battery-powered grease gun TLGB 21.

A special SKF offering for stationary machines with large oil volumes is the RecondOil Box.
Thanks to a unique, patented process, it allows used machine or hydraulic oil to be continuously filtered and cleaned within the machine circuit — significantly reducing the need for oil changes.
