SIGMATEK GmbH, established in 1988 and headquartered in Lamprechtshausen, Austria, is a leading provider of innovative and reliable automation solutions. The company's comprehensive product portfolio includes control systems, I/O systems, HMI, motion control, and safety technology, catering to various industries such as printing, energy, plastics technology, logistics, and metal processing. SIGMATEK is recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric solutions, developing and producing all key components and technologies in-house to ensure long-term availability and investment security. With a global presence and a focus on flexibility and scalability, SIGMATEK continues to support its customers in achieving efficient and future-proof automation.
Sigmatek Panels are Equipped with high visualization power, the ETT 1064 and 1264 multi-touch panels provide a positive operator experience on any machine – especially with demanding HTML5 visualizations. A powerful EDGE3 technology processor with four precisely synchronized processor cores (4x 1.6 GHz) enables fluid page construction for (web-) visualization. With 2 GB DDR4 RAM and 8 GB eMMC, sufficient memory is available.
Transparency and Protection with the Digital Nameplate. SIGMATEK system components have already been using digital nameplates for many years. Here, product-relevant information is stored, such as the article description, serial number, hardware version, display size, memory structure, MAC address and much more – including checksums over the entire data set to ensure validity.
Over the years, the “Rubik’s Cube” has been a source of distress for many people: Thanks to the Rubik’s Cube Solver, created by three students of the HTL Saalfelden, the complex cube solves itself – fully automatic in the shortest time. The young engineers were supported with the project by the automation expert SIGMATEK.
With a robust, yet elegantly designed stainless steel front in IP65 protection, the 7” build-in panel ETT 736 is the right choice for applications with strict hygiene requirements. Examples of this are the pharma, food and packaging industries.
To enable system operators to move even more freely along the production line, SIGMATEK has developed the “Wireless Roaming Feature” for wireless HMIs.
Programmable, flexible safety is a key component of intelligent machine design. With S-DIAS Safety from SIGMATEK, the user has a slim economic solution that meets the highest safety standards (SIL 3, PL e).
The safe analog input module SAI 041 expands the modular S-DIAS Safety System. Four analog current inputs with a measurement range from 4-20 mA and a resolution of 16 bits, as well as the 24 V sensor supply are integrated into the 25 mm wide DIN rail module.
60 Service Anniversaries at SIGMATEK. In these times, long-standing employees are a rarity. This is something of which the Management Team of SIGMATEK, provider of complete automation systems for industrial machine manufacturing, is very aware.
The new addition to the SIGMATEK's HMI product range, the ETT 7321, is designed for VESA75 carrier arm mounting and can thus be placed more flexibly on the machine or system.
