Simple solutions for challenging inspection tasks

SensoPart’s range of VISOR® sensors now allows complex linking of detection results – previously reserved to much more expensive image processing systems or sophisticated PLC applications. These advanced possibilities for processing results are part of a free software upgrade.

Software upgrade for VISOR®

New functions for the Code Reader and a revamped monitoring software with enhanced statistical functions: SensoPart’s VISOR® vision sensors received their extensive annual software upgrade at the start of 2022.

High-accuracy 3D robotics

With the new "Target Mark 3D" function of its VISOR® Robotic vision sensor, sensor manufacturer SensoPart facilitates the spatial awareness of handling and assembly robots – all in just a few clicks and with minimal programming in the robot control system.

The all-seeing detector

SensoPart’s new laser proximity sensor FT 55-RLHM with background suppression (BGS) detects surfaces of any kind and identifies the smallest objects with remarkable reliability.

Higher resolution for even greater code reading stability

With the VISOR® Code Reader V20 Standard, SensoPart expands its family of vision sensors with a low-cost version for standard applications requiring a higher image resolution, such as the reading of simple printed barcodes.

Vision sensor with resolution of 5 megapixels

SensoPart presents a new addition to its established vision sensor family: VISOR® V50, which boasts an image resolution several times larger than that of standard vision sensors. In doing so, the South German sensor manufacturer has responded to a common customer request.
