The ACTIVE Cockpit interactive software solution from Bosch Rexroth can be used in a wide range of areas. Following a successful market launch, the front end of the software has been improved and expanded on the basis of user feedback. The redesigned basic software 5.0 offers more space for content and allows faster, more convenient digital interaction on the shop floor.

Bosch Rexroth is now offering linear modules for small handling applications with its new SHB and SHL models. These modules are suitable for more than factory automation; they are designed for lighter load applications, such as in medical labs, universities and vision systems. With simple USB to laptop connectivity, monitoring and controlling are easy to achieve.

Bosch Rexroth has expanded its range of standardized self-contained actuators by adding the CytroMotion system solution. Bosch Rexroth will be unveiling a new Hägglunds drive unit specially developed for rubber machines at the 2022 International Rubber Conference in Nuremberg. It is designed to significantly reduce energy consumption and hence also reduce CO2 emissions as part of daily operations. Similarly to an electromechanical drive, the pre-assembled and tested drive unit can be connected to the shaft in any installation position. Six sizes cover all standard mill sizes.

At LogiMAT 2022, an independent jury made up of scientists and journalists named the autonomous mobile robot (AMR) ActiveShuttle from Bosch Rexroth the “Best Product” in the “order picking, conveying, lifting and storage technology” category.

Bosch Rexroth and AGILOX have entered into a partnership to open up the fast growing market for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). This will provide AGILOX with easy access to additional markets around the world. The existing product portfolios of both companies complement each other very well and are being expanded all the time. The agreement was officially signed at the Hannover Messe 2022.
